Last Updated: July 20, 2026
Welcome to MyClassHub. By accessing or using our digital platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the MyClassHub administration. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
MyClassHub is designed for use by students, teachers, teaching assistants, and school staff within educational institutions. Users under the age of 18 should use the platform under the supervision of their educational institution. By using this platform, you represent that you are affiliated with an educational institution or have been granted access by an administrator.
3. User Accounts and Roles
Access to platform features is determined by user roles assigned by administrators:
- Administrators: Full authority over system configurations, user management, content moderation, ad management, audit logging, and all platform settings.
- Teachers: Authorized to post announcements, homework assignments, and classroom schedules.
- Teaching Assistants (TAs): Authorized to manage homework assignments.
- Students / Unauthenticated Users: May view announcements, homework, schedules, and ads. May submit advertisements and vote on polls. May use the study timer, notes, chat, and suggestion features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login credentials with others or allow unauthorized individuals to access the platform through your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MyClassHub exclusively for educational and classroom-related purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Posting content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Spamming, flooding, or sending repetitive, unsolicited messages.
- Attempting to bypass authentication mechanisms, exploit vulnerabilities, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the platform.
- Disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform through denial-of-service attacks or resource exhaustion.
- Impersonating another user, staff member, or administrator.
- Sharing administrative or teaching credentials with unauthorized third parties.
- Posting false, misleading, or deceptive information.
- Circumventing the profanity filter or content moderation systems.
- Using the platform for commercial purposes other than the approved advertising system.
5. User-Generated Content
- You retain ownership of original content you create and post on the platform (e.g., homework text, notes, suggestions).
- By posting content, you grant MyClassHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and share that content with other authorized users of the platform.
- You are solely responsible for the content you post. MyClassHub does not endorse any user-generated content.
- Administrators reserve the right to edit, hide, or remove any content at their discretion, with or without notice.
6. Advertising System
MyClassHub provides an advertising feature that allows users to post ads on the platform dashboard:
- Submission: Ads are submitted through the ad inquiry form and require payment via PromptPay before activation.
- Pricing: Ad pricing is flat-rate per duration (1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days). Renewals are discounted.
- Payment: Payments are processed through PromptPay. You are responsible for ensuring correct payment. Incorrect or incomplete payments will not activate your ad.
- Content Standards: Ads must not contain offensive, illegal, misleading, or inappropriate content. Ads are subject to admin review and may be removed without refund if they violate these terms.
- Expiry: Ads automatically expire after the purchased duration. Expired ads are removed from display. You may renew an ad before or after expiry through the renewal page.
- No Warranty: We do not guarantee specific view counts, click rates, or conversion results for any advertisement.
- Refund Policy: All ad payments are final. No refunds are issued for ads removed due to policy violations or for ads that expire naturally.
7. Chat and Communication
- The chat feature is provided for educational communication between students and staff.
- All messages are stored in our database and may be reviewed by administrators.
- You must not share personal contact information (phone numbers, addresses) in public chat channels.
- The staff chat channel is restricted to administrators, teachers, and TAs.
- We reserve the right to review, moderate, or delete chat messages that violate these terms.
8. Polls and Voting
- Polls are created by administrators and teachers for educational purposes.
- Each user may vote once per poll. Votes are anonymous.
- We may use browser-based tracking to prevent duplicate votes, but this can be circumvented by clearing browser data.
9. Study Timer and Music Player
- The study timer is a local tool — timer data is stored only in your browser and is not synced across devices.
- The lo-fi music player embeds YouTube content. YouTube's own terms of service apply to music playback.
- We do not own or control the music content played through the YouTube embed.
10. Content Moderation and Profanity Filter
- All user-generated text inputs are automatically screened through a profanity filter.
- Content that triggers the filter may be blocked or sanitized before posting.
- Administrators may manually review and remove any content that violates community guidelines.
- Repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent bans from the platform.
11. Intellectual Property
- All software, interface designs, logos, icons, and content created specifically for MyClassHub are the intellectual property of the platform administration.

- We are not liable for any content posted by users, including advertisements, chat messages, or announcements.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the MyClassHub administration from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
14. Termination of Access
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms.
- Administrators may ban users for disruptive behavior, policy violations, or at their discretion.
- Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Data Deletion
Users may request the deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting the administrator. Certain records (audit logs, payment records) may be retained when required for school administration, security, or legal compliance.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of service.
17. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and the policies established by the MyClassHub administration. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved within the appropriate educational administrative framework.
